Anthony Acosta is the owner of several Small Businesses in the Rochester, New York area.  Anthony opened Acosta Valuation Solutions in early June of 2004 after working in the Appraisal industry as a Certified Licensed Appraiser for over 17 years.  He decided to use his expertise and passion for appraisals and take the industry to a new level by setting the bar high and continually setting the standards of excellence.  His company has taken off and has over 12 employees and is one of the leading Commercial & Residential appraisal companies in the Rochester Area. 

Anthony always the entrepreneur decided to expand his interests in 2005 wanting to encompass more of the Real Estate market opened his second company Inspections Made Easy.  He studied at the Certified American Home Inspector Training Institute and became a licensed Home Inspector in early 2005.  In December of 2006 Anthony trained and became a Certified Mold Inspector.   We have continued to grow Inspections Made Easy, by making our company a complete solution for Home Inspection Services by adding Pest Inspections, Certified Mold Inspections and Radon.  We hired on 2 additional Licensed Home Inspectors to keep up with the growing business.

Poky.com his third endeavor with the help of his partner Bryan Dennstedt grew into fruition after the struggles of trying to find a computerized scheduling service for Inspections Made Easy.  After several months with no luck, Poky.com was born as he decided to build the perfect computer organizer to help others run their business on the web.  Poky.com has become Anthony’s vision, with the dream of one day helping people and businesses reach their full potential. Anthony’s hard work, determination, and drive encourage everyone in his corporations to dream big, because as they say the sky is the limit! 

Anthony is on the Board of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is highly involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater Rochester Assoc. of Realtors, Western New York Mortgage Brokers, Home Builders Association, Neighborhood Housing Loan Committee, Certified American Home Inspector Training Institute Home Inspector, and The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
